Each piece is made out of acid-free / archival quality paper, and is hand-stamped with archival ink and hand-painted with natural dye (steeped tea and coffee) with care.
As all works are made by hand, individual pieces may vary slightly in color (natural dye varies in hue from batch to batch), alignment, and application of ink / dye. Initial color of dye (for the Sailboat and Rowboat pieces) may range anywhere from greyish-blue/purple to warm grey.
Due to the living nature of natural dyes, color and intensity of dye (for the Sailboat and Rowboat pieces) will change over time (aging to a taupe/light yellow-brown).
