What type of materials & packaging do you use?

Sustainability is of utmost importance to us, so we are committed to using materials that are either home compostable, recyclable, or made from 100% recycled materials whenever possible. Information about product and packaging recyclability and compostability is included with every product!

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are shipped from the Knapping Press studio in Henrico, Virginia.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

As all items are custom made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact us if you have any problems.
